* Class already in progress → Class will continue as usual! 
* Signal hoisted before class → We’ll cancel (safety first!). Classes restart 2hrs after the signal is lowered, so check our IG stories for updates!

* Example: If class starts at 6:30pm & Black rain signal hoisted at 4:15pm, class will be cancelled. If the signal is lowered at 5pm, then the 7:30pm class will go ahead as scheduled.

If we cancel your class due to adverse weather → We will refund your class credit & extend the expiry date of your class pass by 2 weeks.

☔ T1 / T3 / Amber / Red Rain:
No stress—classes run as usual!  

📲 Pro Tip: Follow our Instagram for real-time updates or exceptions in case of special conditions. 💫

“I started doing Pilates while dealing with chronic back pain caused by my scoliosis, which had worsened after spending several years as a flight attendant. I discovered that Pilates was incredibly helpful in alleviating my pain, so I decided to practice and train as a Pilates instructor. As someone who loves to hike, Pilates helps me to prevent injuries and rehab. My classes will emphasize body alignment and muscle activation. Hope to see you in my classes!”

Outside of the studio, you can find me out in the water🏝️ or discovering new hikes in HK ⛰️
